Cancellation Policy
Should circumstances arise which means that you need to cancel the course, the following charges will apply dependant on the notice given:
• More than 2 weeks prior to the course
No charge
• 1-
50% of fee
• Less than 1 weeks notice
100% of fee
Cancellations must be made by the telephone or in writing to Miss Kathryn McHale at Bespoke Training Services 2 or more weeks prior to the course date; otherwise cancellation charges as those above will be incurred fulfil

Payment must be made in full at least 2 weeks before the date of training.

Terms:
“New Customer”: A company who has not booked training with Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd before.
When the new customer books a training course because an existing customer has recommended them to Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd, we like to thank the customer for recommending them and they receive £25 worth of high street shopping vouchers as a reward.
