This course is aimed at giving participants who support people with personality disorder insight into the diagnosis. Participants will begin to understand the link between traumatic childhood experiences and adult presentations using attachment theory. The course will explore how supporters can be more effective at containing strong emotions that often erupt in this client group. The course is suitable for support workers and qualified staff.
