Kathryn McHale BA (Hons) is the lead Health and Safety trainer for Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd. Prior to this Kathryn worked in the retail industry for six years, managing and training staff on marketing, presentation skills and conflict resolution. Kathryn’s experience in retail taught her to be customer focused and she has successfully transferred this predisposition into her training thus making the candidates feel valued. Kathryn has an ability to convert a mandatory subject into an enjoyable one and her gentle approach makes her training sessions relaxed and encourages people to participate.

Mike McHale RMN, RGN, DipN, PGCE & Cert IHSM founded Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd in 1998. Mike qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 1976 and a registered general nurse in 1980. He has nursed in many different contexts: hospitals, day centres, nursing homes and in the community. Mike has been involved in the education of others throughout his career: training students, qualified staff and service users. He has an ability to convert the complex into the understandable and his sense of humour makes his presentations entertaining and memorable. Another string to Mike’s bow relates to his managerial experience. He has worked at most nursing levels and uses his psychiatric skills and knowledge to create a person-centred approach to getting the most out of people. Mike’s courses are relaxing and stimulating, humorous and challenging.
