Kathryn McHale BA (Hons), MBA is the Business Development Director & Lead Health & Safety Trainer for Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd. Prior to this Kathryn worked in the retail industry for six years, managing and training staff on marketing, presentation skills and conflict resolution. Kathryn’s experience in retail taught her to be customer focused and she has successfully transferred this predisposition into her training thus making the candidates feel valued. Kathryn has an ability to convert a mandatory subject into an enjoyable one and her gentle approach makes her training sessions relaxed and encourages people to participate.

 

Mike McHale RMN, RGN, DipN, PGCE & Cert IHSM founded Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd in 1998. Mike qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 1976 and a registered general nurse in 1980. He has nursed in many different contexts: hospitals, day centres, nursing homes and in the community. Mike has been involved in the education of others throughout his career: training students, qualified staff and service users. He has an ability to convert the complex into the understandable and his sense of humour makes his presentations entertaining and memorable. Another string to Mike’s bow relates to his managerial experience. He has worked at most nursing levels and uses his psychiatric skills and knowledge to create a person-centred approach to getting the most out of people. Mike’s courses are relaxing and stimulating, humorous and challenging.

 

Peter Jones, RNMH, Registered Managers Award

Peter has been involved in caring since 1981. He has worked with many different service user groups and qualified as a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities in 1989. Peter has a wealth of knowledge of the issues of managing the care of people who have multiple needs. When Peter is not directly involved in caring he uses his natural flair for communication to teach. His portfolio of specialist subjects includes; learning disabilities, mental health,  health & safety as well as first aid. His easy conversational style of presenting is proving to be a real hit with his audiences.

 

 

 

 

Diana McHale RGN, MSc, BSc (Hons), ENB 100

Since qualifying as a RGN in 1993, Diana has exclusively worked in Critical Care. Over the last 7 years Diana has worked in the Critical Care Outreach Team sharing her skills and knowledge with nursing and medical staff within the general ward setting. Diana also finds time to work as a lecturer–practitioner at the University of Lincoln. Despite Diana’s academic background she delivers her courses in an easy to understand format concentrating on how to apply the theory to practice.

 

 

Sylvia Taylor

Sylvia is a Customer Account Manager. Sylvia is friendly and approachable and has a good rapport with her customers.  Sylvia not only has excellent customer service skills but also has several years experience of working within the care industry, specialising in caring for people with learning disabilities. When Sylvia is not helping customers she teaches first aid courses.  Her training sessions are fun, informative and enjoyable as Sylvia has an ability to maker her delegates feel at ease.

 

 

Jane Goodwin

Jane joined the team at Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd in 2009. Jane not only manages her own customer accounts but is the overall Office Manager . Jane’s excellent communications skills enable her to communicate with people from all levels of an organisation. Jane’s ability to always remain customer focused ensures that not only the office runs smoothly, but all customer’s needs are met.

Sue North

Sue uses her 23 years experience in the finance industry to successfully manage the accounts department at Bespoke Training Services UK Ltd. Sue’s excellent interpersonal skills makes communication look easy when she’s managing and supporting our external and internal customers.
