Small things can have a positive impact for instance when somebody smiles and says “Hello” can improve your mood. Likewise a little thoughtlessness can go a long way such as putting your meal just out of reach or failing to completely close the curtains. The quality of care is only as good as the weakest link in the team. It takes a lot of effort to build trust and very little to lose it. This 3 hour course is designed to enable all staff to review their practices to see how they can move the level of quality a little higher to ensure the people they care for feel they have real worth.
