De-escalation Techniques
De-escalation is the ability to resolve conflict through interpersonal skills, such as advanced communication and empathy, ensuring that the situation does not result in the use of force. This full day course will enable attendees to improve their techniques for dealing with conflict by exploring different approaches to calming an aroused individual. Attendees will also have the opportunity practice their skills using role play.
